Nutrient Database for Fresh Meat and Poultry Product Labeling

Use this tool to access the correct nutrient data needed to create labels for all fresh beef, veal, pork, lamb and chicken sold at retail. Developed to serve as a resource for complying with mandatory labeling requirements, all data is derived from USDA's National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Legacy Release (SR Legacy). Data for both raw and cooked products are offered when available. If the nutrient data is not listed, it is currently not available from USDA.
